At Alkaram, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and textile purchases. If your items are not a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and linens are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
